The Chamber seeks to facilitate the relocation process. Several years ago, the Chamber published Edition #1 of Teton Valley, Idaho This year it has released Edition #3 (click here to download the PDF) and will soon release the initial copy of the Real Estate and Relocation Guide in an effort to make investment decision and/or relocation transition easier. This new publication will feature developments, brokers, banks, title companies, and all of the construction trades as well as the community resources that support living here. There has been a significant increase in the growth rate of new residents, new second home owners, and new tourists in the last five years in Teton Valley. What was reaching stampede proportions is now cooling off as the national economy declines, but growth is anticipated to resume in the near future. Planners are working hard to balance growth with long term job creation, infrastructure improvements, and maintenance of the existing quality of life.
