  • Food and Wine Class

    Description: Limited to 25 - reservations only. This is more than just a little ‘ole Wine Tasting. The is a special class with specific fine wines accompanied by a paired menu designed to educate and train our palettes on the unique flavors and ‘feels’ of wine.
    The Class is designed to better understand the effect wine has on how a food “tastes,” and vice versa. We will cover the major taste markers of sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami, popularly referred to as savoriness, while exploring how each can be impacted by the fruity, acidic, and tannic components in wine. With a better understanding of these relationships, we will discuss some general guidelines for successfully pairing food and wine at your next dinner party.
    You will be treated to a great evening of information, enjoyment with food and wine, and conversations with other wine and food lovers.

  • Save a Life Community Celebration

    Description: Music, dancing, great food, silent auction, & MANY raffle prizes! Many of the valley's finest local musicians will be performing live on stage. Some of the valley's finest artists are donating work for the silent auction. Kid's of all ages will be contributing some of their favorite art.

  • Volunteer Day with Teton Regional Land Trust

    Description: It's time to break out those work gloves!
    Teton Regional Land Trust's stewardship team is looking for volunteers to help remove dilapidated fencing on a conservation easement near the Teton River. Removing the fence materials will allow wildlife to move safely across the property.
    The workday is scheduled for May 19th from 8 am until 4pm.
    The Land Trust will provide lunch.
    Please bring water, leather gloves and appropriate clothing for working with barbed wire fencing.
